Application and Introduction of Boiler Tube

Boiler tubes are divided into general boiler tubes and high-pressure boiler tubes according to the high-temperature performance they withstand. The gernal boiler tube and high-pressure boiler tube can be divided into various steel tubes according to their different requirements.

Specification and Appearance

(1) GB3087-2008 "Seamless Steel Tubes for Low and Medium Pressure Boilers". The specifications of steel tubes for boilers of various structures, with an outer diameter of 10 ~ 426mm, a total of 43 kinds. A total of 29 kinds of wall thickness 1.5 ~ 26mm. However, the outer diameter and wall thickness of the superheated steam pipe, large smoke pipe, small smoke pipe and arch brick pipe for locomotive boilers are otherwise specified.

(2) GB5310-2008 "Seamless steel tubes for high-pressure boilers" hot-rolled tubes have an outer diameter of 22 ~ 530mm and a wall thickness of 20 ~ 70mm. The cold drawn (cold rolled) tube has an outer diameter of 10 ~ 108mm and a wall thickness of 2.0 ~ 13.0mm.

(3) GB3087-2008 "Seamless Steel Tubes for Low and Medium Pressure Boilers" and GB5310-95 "Seamless Steel Tubes for High Pressure Boilers". Appearance quality: Cracks, folds, folds, scars, delamination and hair lines are not allowed on the inner and outer surfaces of the high-pressure boiler tube. These defects should be completely removed. The removal depth shall not exceed the negative deviation of the nominal wall thickness, and the actual wall thickness at the cleaning location shall not be less than the minimum value allowed by the wall thickness.

The high-pressure boiler tube is a type of boiler tube, which belongs to the seamless steel tube category. The manufacturing method is the same as seamless pipes, but there are strict requirements for the steel grades used to manufacture steel pipes. High-pressure boiler tubes are often in high-temperature and high-pressure conditions when used. High-pressure boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture superheater tubes, reheater tubes, gas guide tubes, main steam tubes, etc. of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure boilers.
