16Mn Low Alloy Pipe

16Mn low alloy pipe is: 16Mn is called low alloy high strength structural steel, its carbon content is 0.1%-0.25%, and the main alloying elements manganese, silicon, vanadium, niobium and titanium, but the total alloy content is <3%. According to the strength, it is divided into 4 level: 300, 350, 400 and 450MPa.

16Mn alloy pipe standard:

GB/T8163-2008 (for conveying fluid) GB6479-2000 (seamless steel pipe for high-pressure fertilizer equipment)

Alloy pipes and seamless pipes has the same charactor but different.

Alloy pipes are defined by steel pipes according to the production materials, as the name implies, they are pipes made of alloys, while seamless pipes are defined by steel pipes according to the production process (seamless).
